Grants & Training Partnerships
Grant funding can be a powerful way to bring high-quality training to your officers at little or no cost to your agency. Many grants that fund law enforcement training are awarded to agencies, academies, consortia, and associations — not to training providers directly.
We don't write or administer grants. What we do is partner with organizations that have (or are pursuing) grant funding and need an experienced, accredited training provider to deliver the courses.
How training fits into a grant
Most grant programs that touch law enforcement allow training as an eligible expense, whether the grant's focus is officer wellness, de-escalation, investigations, leadership, or community safety. Training is frequently one of the most straightforward and impactful ways to put grant dollars to work.
If your organization holds a grant — or is preparing an application — we can help you build the training component, document accreditation, and provide the materials reviewers expect to see.
Why partner with LES
POST-accredited courses
Grant-funded training generally needs to count toward officers' continuing-education and mandated hours. Many of our courses are POST-accredited across multiple states.

We'll provide a letter of support or commitment, course outlines, instructor bios, and accreditation details — the supporting materials grant reviewers look for from a training vendor.
Ways we can partner
Name us in your application
List LES as your training provider, with course outlines, instructor credentials, and a letter of support to strengthen your proposal.
Regional & multi-agency cohorts
Bring several agencies together under one grant. We can scale a single course to a regional cohort and coordinate logistics.
On-site at a host facility
Host the training at your agency or academy. Local delivery keeps travel costs down — often an easy line item to justify in a budget.
Virtual options
When in-person isn't a fit, many courses are available virtually so grant-funded training can reach officers across a wide area.
Already know you'd like to host? You can also explore hosting a class at your agency.
Partner with us on grant-funded training
Tell us about your organization and the program you have in mind. We'll follow up to discuss courses, formats, accreditation documentation, and a letter of support for your application.
What happens next
A member of our team will reach out to learn more about your program and goals. We'll talk through course options and formats, confirm accreditation in your state, and prepare any documentation you need for your application — with no obligation.
