Terms of Service

The registration and participation in any course offered by Law Enforcement Seminars, LLC (hereinafter "LES") constitutes a contract between the registrant of the course ("you") and LES. LES reserves the right to modify and change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By registering for an LES course, you conclusively indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

Payment Policy

You agree to pay the registration fee in full 14 days prior to the course start date, otherwise your reservation may be cancelled. In the event that you register for a course within 14 days of the course date, you agree to pay the registration fee at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. A summary is provided below.

LES reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course for any reason at any time without prior notice to you (the course registrant). In the unlikely event of a course cancellation, LES will issue a refund of the registration fee that you paid; however, LES will not be responsible for any other charges, expenses, or fees that you have incurred, suffered, or will occur or suffer due to the course cancellation. You waive and release any and all costs, claims, charges, and expenses resulting from any course cancellation by LES. In the event that LES reschedules the course date, you agree to the new course date.

You may cancel your reservation up to two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the start of the course and receive a refund of the registration fee paid by you; you must notify LES in writing at info@lawenforcementseminars.com.

If you cancel your registration within two weeks (14 calendar days) of the course, you will not receive any refund of the registration fee paid. There are absolutely no refunds within two weeks of the course date. Please contact our office for any roster changes.

LES is not responsible for any liability for travel cancellations, delays, or reschedules, or any force majeure conditions, including, without limitation: act of God, fire, flood, inclement weather, earthquake, water conditions, wind conditions, power outages or failures, pandemic, public health emergency, riots, civil unrest/disturbance, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection or similar events, government advisories, warnings, or any other unknown or unforeseen circumstance.

Course Attendance

You agree to verify your course registration information. You agree that LES may release your course attendance and participation information to your employing agency or its designee in the event that such documentation is requested.

Legal

You agree that this Terms of Service shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. We agree that any conflict related to this Terms of Service, LES, or the course will be resolved by a judge without a jury with venue residing in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
